Made-to-order products
Designs are original work by our designers, reviewed and priced by us. Product images are representative; handmade pieces may vary slightly in colour and finish.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you enter. Our measurement guide explains how to take them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. The price charged is the one confirmed at checkout, calculated by our systems. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Orders and cancellations
An order is confirmed once payment is received. You can cancel for a full refund before production starts. See our Returns & alterations policy for everything after that.
Your account
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Intellectual property
All designs, images and content on this site belong to us or our designers and may not be copied for commercial use.
Images are shown for personal viewing while you shop. You may not download, screenshot, print or share them to copy, sell or advertise a design, or to have it made elsewhere. AI previews and try-ons are for your own personal use.
Every image we publish, and every AI preview and try-on, carries an invisible mark that identifies where it came from. We use it to find copies and to ask for them to be taken down.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at [city] have jurisdiction.
