Making time
Each design shows its making time on the product page (usually 10–15 days). It starts when our atelier confirms your specification after payment.
Delivery time
After your abaya passes quality check it ships within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. [Confirm free-shipping threshold.]
Tracking
You can follow every production stage on your order page. Once shipped, the page shows the courier, tracking number and a tracking link.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after multiple attempts, re-shipping may be charged.
